VINIFICATION
The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless
steel vats.
Vatting time is 3 weeks.
This is immediately followed by the malolactic fermentation with
careful monitoring of temperature.

The wine is matured in barrels.
Fining with egg white albumin.

TERROIR
Gravelly
rises are situated along the estuary of the Gironde, the same
terroir as the classified growths of Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe.
The vineyard stretches out over the prolongation of the prestigious
communal appellations, on gravel along the Gironde, and on limestone
to the west.
